    1. Return Window

    You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.

     

    2. Eligibility

    To qualify for a return or refund:

    • The item must be unused, unactivated, and in its original condition and packaging.

    • You must provide a valid proof of purchase.

    • For digital products (such as license keys), the product must be unactivated and not delivered incorrectly.

     

    3. Non-Returnable Items

    The following cannot be returned or refunded:

    • Activated or used software license keys

    • Downloaded digital content

    • Gift cards

     

    4. Exchanges

    We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.

    6. Refund Process

    Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

     

    7. Shipping Costs

    • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless we sent the wrong or a defective item.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
